Shipping policy

At RMYA Collections, we aim to deliver your jewellery orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Processing & Dispatch:

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly.

Shipping Charges & Delivery:

  • Orders above ₹999: Free Shipping

  • Orders below ₹999: ₹59 shipping charge

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

We currently offer standard shipping only and do not offer express shipping.

Delivery Information:

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier performance, weather conditions, festivals/holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details.

  • In case an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, any additional shipping charges required to re-ship the order will be borne by the customer

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If you are unavailable when the courier attempts delivery, the courier partner will generally reattempt delivery.

We recommend keeping your phone number active and responding to calls from the delivery partner to avoid unnecessary delays.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking details via WhatsApp, email and SMS.

You can use the tracking ID provided to check the status of your shipment and follow its delivery progress.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for eligible orders and pin codes.

COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location and other applicable conditions. Any applicable COD charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

International Shipping:

At present, we do not offer international shipping.

All orders placed through RMYA Collections are delivered within India only.

Please note that claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, and a proper 360° opening/unboxing video is mandatory for applicable claims.
