2. Products & Availability:

• RMYA Collections offers imitation gold covering jewellery and anti-tarnish jewellery.

• Our jewellery is not made of solid gold unless specifically stated otherwise on the respective product page.

• Product images are provided to represent the actual product as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, finish, texture, size, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing characteristics.

• Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

• Product specifications, materials, features, and care instructions will be provided on the relevant product page wherever applicable.

3. Pricing & Payments:

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).

• Product prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

• We accept online payments through secure third-party payment providers.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations. Applicable COD charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.

• RMYA Collections is not responsible for payment delays, transaction failures, or other issues caused by external payment providers, banks, or financial institutions.

• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or confirmation of a COD order, where applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery:

• Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

• Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999 are subject to a ₹59 shipping charge.

• Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier performance, weather conditions, festivals, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details.

• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer and the order needs to be re-shipped, any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the courier partner may reattempt delivery.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy:

RMYA Collections follows a No Return / No Exchange policy for orders once delivered, except in cases involving damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly delivered products.

• Eligible claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• A complete 360° opening/unboxing video is mandatory for damage, missing-item, or incorrect-product claims.

• The package must be clearly shown from all sides before opening.

• The opening video must be continuous and unedited, with no cuts or zooming.

• Products must be retained in their original condition and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

• Claims without sufficient proof or a valid opening video may be rejected.

• For an approved damaged or defective product, we may provide a replacement of the same product.

• If replacement is not possible, an eligible refund may be provided.

• For an approved incorrect product, RMYA Collections may arrange a replacement with the correct product.

• For a missing product, a refund may be provided if replacement is not possible.

• For approved claims, RMYA Collections will arrange the applicable reverse pickup.

• Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.

• Refunds for approved claims will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval, subject to the applicable refund process.

6. Jewellery Care:

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their jewellery after purchase.

To maintain the appearance and finish of your jewellery, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to:

• Water and moisture

• Sweat

• Perfumes and deodorants

• Lotions and cosmetics

• Chemicals and cleaning products

Jewellery should be stored in a clean, dry place, preferably separately from other pieces to minimise scratches and friction.

Anti-tarnish jewellery is designed to help resist tarnishing, but no jewellery can be guaranteed to remain completely tarnish-free under all conditions. The longevity of the finish depends on usage, environmental conditions, and care.
